Watkinson family

I have received this from Pat Watkinson:

"I have traced my husband's family back to possible1608 baptism but there are many queries and irregularities pre 19th century. The name is Watkinson and I wonder if anyone is researching this name. My line left Suffolk for Essex c1790 but I have 4 generations in Glemsford."
